This is my absolute favorite Finger Lakes white wine! It's light and crisp; perfect for just sitting and sipping as the sun sets on Seneca Lake, or anywhere. I go through several bottles every summer alone. It's perfect!

cuvee rouge is our go to red,and now seyval-chardonnay is going to be the go to white at our house.we shall share and enjoy just us

In the past, I have not favored white wines mostly because they usually taste too sweet. My wife and I discovered a semi-dry white wine on a tour at Belhurst Castle winery in New York State’s Finger Lakes region that we really love. Labeled “Golden Pheasant” it is a Seyval Chardonnay blend, crisp and full of flavor, yet soft and dry to the taste. It’s fits perfectly with our dinner meal or as a perfect choice with our favorite cheese snack.
